DSLR Video shot with the Canon 550D Camera Kit (EF 18-55mm 3.5 lens) Recorded on a rainy day at a local temple here in Busan, S. Korea. Sound was recorded with the built-in mic. I had to adjust it or replace it in some scenes coz the sound of the rain hitting my umbrella was too loud. I replaced it with sound of other scenes that had a more “soothing” sound.

Short (really short) day and night video sample shot with the new Canon EOS 550D in Busan. The first part was shot from inside a coffee shop and the second part outside a busy restaurant. Both handheld. I particularly like the film-like look that these cameras can capture; and with so many lenses to choose from, the possibilities are endless. I’m currently looking for an EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L lens; which seems to have very good quality glass and it’s very versatile as well.

This is what I recorded in my last visit to Itaewon in Seoul. Itaewon is a multicultural area with people from all over the world. Itaewon’s nightlife is very vibrant and the clubs continue pumping music and serving drinks until 5 or 6 AM. This area is a “must visit” for anyone visiting Seoul.
